Guy Kawasaki is the author of The Art of the Start, the managing director of Garage Technology Ventures and a columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine. Previously, he was an Apple Fellow at Apple Computer, Inc. 

A noted speaker and the founder of various personal computer companies, Guy Kawasaki was one of the individuals responsible for the success of the Macintosh computer.

Kawasaki’s book, The Art of the Start, draws parallels between entrepreneurs starting new companies and employees in established companies who are trying to create a new product or service. He is the author of nine books including Rules for Revolutionaries, How to Drive Your Competition Crazy, Selling the Dream, and The Macintosh Way. His newest book, Reality Check: The Irreverent Guide to Outsmarting, Outmanaging, and Outmarketing Your Competition, is his all-in-one guide for starting and operating great organizations, was released fall, 2008.

Jane Bryant Quinn
PERSONAL FINANCE EXPERT/TV HOST

Jane Bryant Quinn is the nation’s leading commentator on personal finance, with books and columns read and trusted by millions. In her long career, she has established herself as America’s most reliable voice for people trying to manage their money well. Readers see Quinn’s reporting, opinions, and advice in Newsweek Magazine, where she writes a popular monthly column. James Bradley burst onto the national scene as an author in 2000 with his New York Times #1 bestseller book Flags of Our Fathers. The Times called it “the surprise runaway nonfiction best seller of the season." Flags of Our Fathers was released as a motion picture in 2007, directed by Clint Eastwood. Sir Ken Robinson

Sir Ken Robinson, PhD is an internationally recognized leader in the development of creativity, innovation and human resources. He works with governments in Europe, Asia and the U.S., with international agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and some of the world's leading cultural organizations. 

An award-winning writer, Sir Robinson was the central figure in crafting the creative and economic development strategy as part of the Peace Process in Northern Ireland. He has won the Peabody Medal for contributions to arts and culture in the U.S. His new book, The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything, is currently a New York Times Best Seller. Condoleezza Rice
FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE

Condoleezza Rice is the Thomas and Barbara Stephenson Senior Fellow on Public Policy at the Hoover Institution and professor of political science at Stanford University.

From January 2005 to 2009, she served as the 66th secretary of state of the United States. Before serving as America’s chief diplomat, she served as assistant to the president for national security affairs (national security advisor) from January 2001 to 2005.

Rice joined the Stanford University faculty as a professor of political science in 1981 and served as Stanford University’s provost from 1993 to 1999. She was a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution from 1991 to 1993 and returned to the Hoover Institution after serving as provost until 2001. As a professor, Rice won two of the highest teaching honors: the 1984 Walter J. Gores Award for Excellence in Teaching and the 1993 School of Humanities and Sciences Dean’s Award for Distinguished Teaching. 

She has authored and coauthored several books, including Germany Unified and Europe Transformed: A Study in Statecraft with Philip Zelikow; The Gorbachev Era with Alexander Dallin; and Uncertain Allegiance: The Soviet Union and the Czechoslovak Army.
